Cleveland's Vitrolite Building is coming back to life (Crain’s Cleveland)

As construction workers enter the busy final weeks of a $2.5 million job converting The Vitrolite Building, 2915 Detroit Ave. in Cleveland, to new use, it's clear that more is involved than installing plumbing fixtures, drywall and painting walls.

Produced by The Harness Collective real estate development and consulting firm, the project remakes the former glass tile maker's showroom, warehouse and office space in Ohio City's Hingetown area as a place that founders Anne Hartnett and Andria Loczi see as a hub for community, for launching businesses and focusing on wellness.
