We acquired the historic Vitrolite building in the Ohio City neighborhood in 2022 and opened in 2023 as a neighborhood space + marketplace: home to Harness Cycle, Soul Yoga & Patron Saint Cafe.

Harness Cycle is a beat-driven, feeling-based studio that incorporates sweat, strength and recovery. Founded by Anne Hartnett in 2013, Harness has become a neighborhood anchor and opened a new studio in The Vitrolite in 2023.

In 2020, we founded the Don’t Give Up the Ship small business relief fund with Ohio City Inc. to provide grants to fellow small businesses recovering from COVID-19.
